Ha, I always intended to post so that I could ask questions but never got around to it. I am caught up with posting at this point. Well besides the new borescope I got to look at my bum cylinder.

Pretty much caught up to current day. Working on cutting some mats for the floor. Mostly so that they will be easy to pull out and wash

Not thrilled with the final top coat but it will get dinged up. The flat black isn't going to hold up like a gloss so I can respray in the future.

Glued in the ducts, repainted the inside of the hood, re-wet sanded the exterior, and sprayed a coat of epoxy.

I got completely ready to epoxy and paint again and my brother reminded me about the naca ducts ... Seriously! Measured, cut, trimmed the ducts, blasted them for a consistent texture

Blocked the poly primer through the grits and then urethane primer. Wet sanding through the grits. Epoxy before top coat didn't go on very good. Decided I would wet sand again. Epoxy and top coat the underside of the hood.

Sanded the gelcoat, filler, then polyester spray primer.

Installed the hood pins and started the bodywork process.

Random, I didn't have a positive post cover so I cut down the positive post and sealed the cover. My latches don't work great so I also have it zip tied to ensure it doesn't fly away. Maybe someday I will replace it. With my large seats it was difficult to reach the reverse lockout lever. I...

Blew up my PCM. Not sure how but consistent RAM faults. I ordered a replacement from Flashmasters. I had to perform the security relearn in order to make the system communicate without constant lock outs. I then ordered a HPtuners in order to perform the crank relearn. All fixed. Side...

Took some time to weld up and paint the seat back supports so that the seats are completely rigid in the chassis.

A little out of order but the stock red air filter wasn't going to work so replaced with black.

A white hood obviously isn't going to work. Epoxied in mounts for the mesh grill and picked up some flush mount hood pins.

Custom mounts for a cheap Amazon rear view mirror. Steering wheel holder. Fabricated a mount for the license plate and plate light to tuck it up near the exhaust.

Fabricated "adjustable" seat brackets that are very tricky to adjust but they install the seats nice and low. I removed the logo from the seat cover. I didn't like how it turned out so I glued backing foam to the seat, ironed it, and then a second layer of foam. Maybe someday I will make...
