Pink and light green. If you leave the wires open then the reverse light will never come on. I don't...
My understanding/recollection is that SS/TC clutch pedals don't have much of a return spring? I think that's only a concern before the pedal is bled. After it's bled the hydraulic pressure should return the pedal for you.
Not sure what donor you're working with (update your signature!)
I did find this for a turbo donor but wasn't able to find one for an NA or SC donor quickly:

Adam also said at one point you could email them with...
In my opinion, a supercharged LSJ doesn't need more than a 245 wide tire, and I also feel very few Goblins should have a tire above 200 treadwear.
A 245/40R17 is about dead on to stock Cobalt SS tire diameter, so your shift speeds and speedometer stay about the same. 9" is as wide a wheel as a...
I don't have Dominator headlights as supplied by DF, but there's some info here:

Mirror light wiring and a bit of tail light wiring...
Yes, you would normally use the guide tubes from the Cobalt donor and a pair of Cobalt parking brake cables. I seem to recall the cables need to be the length of a Cobalt with disc brake rear end but I'd get verification on that.
Looks like it has been done without the Cobalt parts before...
How do you quantify good spark versus not good spark?
My input is not going to be super Goblin-specific if that's still helpful.
If you swap a coil from #1 or 2 to #3 or 4, does the issue follow the plug?
How about a spark plug?
How about an injector?
If the issue follows parts swapping, then...
The first link here has pictures on how DF sets up the heat exchanger at the front of the car.
This thread has a few more pictures and info.
These two lines will need to be connected to the heat exchanger. You should have two long PEX tubes to get coolant to and from the front of the car. I...
I mean theoretically no but it's either not going to make any power once it gets hot and pulls all the timing, or it's not going to make power for very long. IATs will skyrocket with any boost.
The intercooler is built into the intake manifold under the supercharger, and we reuse the factory...
The LSJ thermostat housing is unique in that it has its own two barbs for coolant to and from the oil cooler. The oil cooler is also different from an LNF only in that the barbs are clocked differently to account for different coolant hose routing.
The LSJ thermostat housing also interferes...
This post has the best picture I ever took.
This post has a link to the two tees I used. With this setup, besides the clocking of the barbs on the oil cooler, it's identical to an LNF setup.
Small correction, the fog lights turn off when the high beams are turned on, they remain on with the headlights.
Neither the LSJ nor the LNF had a separate fan for an intercooler from the factory, so a separate fan and power and wiring should be added on any forced induction build.
I set all...
I don't remember if this was the intended mode of operation but my intercooler fan(s) turn on with the fog light switch on the dash. DFKC did my harness and they leave a purple wire at the front (along the column) and at the back that's tied to the fog light relay. Since the fog lights would...
Here's my 3d printed valve spring compressor tool. It uses 4 cam cap bolts and two M6 flange nuts from my donor hardware pile. I would not advocate that you run a cam cap bolt in and out 16 times here and then reuse it in the motor so you may want to use your own bolts, but the cam cap bolts are...
