Thanks a bunch! For the front and rear "aero", I designed the shapes I wanted in Illustrator and lasered the flat parts out of ABS ( I think) then used a heat bender to make the angled parts. Then just used machine screws to go through the body with nuts on the back side. The panels on the side...

Thanks. I knew I wanted a dual tip exhaust. It’s actually a jeep muffler. I had to get a new header cuz the old manifold was cracked, welded, and recracked. My buddy and I made the new pipe to run from the header to the muffler. Then made new tips to be symmetrical with the frame.

Thanks. The vents on the engine cover are inspired by the McLaren f1. I always loved those.

That makes sense for sure. Does the power steering have a fuse in the rear or some kind of element in the BCM? a relay maybe?

So the other day, I took the car out for a drive and all seemed perfect. I came home for about an hour and went back out but it felt like had lost power steering. The steering just felt heavy. Before I start taking off all the body panels, are there any obvious places to start checking for problems?

ok cool. We did that and I bought a little hand pump to make it a little easier. I'll keep doing it the normal way and see if it changes anything.

I've got a pretty soft brake pedal feel and a friend said I probably need to bleed my master cylinder. I've been looking online about how to do it and most of them say to do a bench bleed. Is there a way to bleed my master while still on the car?

Switching the two wires isn't going to fix it. Chevy changed the fuel sender between 2005 Cobalts and 2006. Are you running a 2006 fuel sensor & pump in a 2005 donor car? You might want to grab your old 2005 sensor, and install it, or buy a universal fuel sender with the correct resistance and...

Howdy friends. Updates and new questions. My dad and I did the alignment and it's 1000% better! We pulled the fuel pump out to see if there was a float issue and we found the fuel pump had become sort of disassembled. The two rods that run up through the springs had pulled out of the plastic...
