Hey all, Just finished up the model for this. I'll post pictures once I print it and the switches show up. If all works well, I'll get it made out of carbon fiber. It uses the stock DF steering wheel and will mount in-between the quick connect and the actual wheel with some longer fasteners...

Switch bracket mocked up. Please pardon my lack of vacuuming, turns out you should really build these things in a garage.

Under light throttle. I think the snap ring holding the bearing on inside the joint was loose and it just came apart. If it hadn't ruined the hub side housing it could have probably been reassembled but nothing actually broke. Hub and trans are fine fortunately.
