Hey Ron, if you still happen to have that windshield and components would you be willing to lend or rent it out or sell it? I am coming up to the inspection portion of my build and am going to need to do the same thing as you.

This was the same thing mine would do back when it was still a Cobalt. The shops and dealership could never diagnose the issue properly and I ended up changing the power steering motor which fixed the problem.
