V1 Adding Cruise to Base model donor Harness?

Has anyone added Cruise to a base model wiring harness? Is it even possible?

I'm sure its possible since my base donor had aftermarket cruise. It was a box under the dash and a wireless battery powered switch that sat on the wheel. Wouldn't look good on the goblin. It stopped working before I converted the car, but I'd like to add it back at some point.

Depends on whether the programming and pin outs for connections are there. It’s possible that it is. My 2012 kia just needed the steering wheel with controls swapped to make it work. Someone with a Tech2 might be able to figure out if it will work by seeing if it can be triggered.
