Loosen the 2 bolts that hold the shock to the strut, then push or pull the wheel to adjust camber, tighten when done.

If you need more adjustment than the bottom hole allows, you may need to file the bottom hole into a slot, and try again. File the steel in the shock mount, not the aluminum strut.

I'm not familiar with your coilovers, and if they come with a slot/factory adjustment, but assuming they're the same as the factory McPherson mounting setup (yours has 3 bolts instead of 2?) you can either slot, install crash bolts (bolts with an undersized shank), or install one eccentric bolt. Slotting works great but will be a bit annoying the adjust. Crash bolts are easy and are typically an OE-approved way for correcting camber, but don't give you a lot of adjustment. The eccentric bolts are the best option for ease of adjustment and give you a pretty wide range of adjustment, but are widely debated in terms of how safe they are since you are reducing the bolt shank diameter. Eccentric bolts are my personal choice... I have a daily with 10 years on eccentric bolts, and a race car with 4 years on eccentric bolts, and no issues, but I know a lot of people aren't comfortable with them.
