V1 Data wires to ECM

I am trying to follow the video, (Part 4 Organizing main harness) at about 0:18 into the the video, it states there should be a brown/brown bk twisted pair coming out of the ECM. I do not have this wire.

I can trace from ODBC to Power Steering to BCM goes in on 1 & 19 - Out on 2 & 20. This goes to C5 / C6 on the dash to body connector. on the other end of this connector is the brown / Brown BK on C5 and C6 but it is cut.

If my memory is correct It was cut from the Air bag. I have looked at The ECM connector I am not seeing any twisted pair. Any Ideas?

Find the body harness connector that hooks to yours engine harness.
The data wires may be on that connector.
If they are they will need to be extended to the BCM.

Ok. Can some one help me make sense of this thread? I think this may be part of my wiring problem.
My "Dash to Body" connector was removed months ago, so I can't see where they may have been accidentally cut.
I have wires at "BCM goes in on 1 & 19 - Out on 2 & 20".
I have TWO sets of twisted "Tan & Tan w/Blk" wires at my wiring harness to my engine harness.
I also have an extended set of "Tan & Tan w/Blk" at my BCM, that is connected to NOTHING? I left it there because I extended it and I figured it was needed SOMEWHERE but I never found out where.
What did I miss.

I documented the GM high speed LAN wires for my 2006 LSJ here.
Basically, the twisted "Tan & Tan w/Blk" wires are used to bounce the data from one computer to the next.

On my LSJ, those wires start at the OBDII port, and go to the power steering computer,
then a dark brown twisted pair is used to send the data to BCM computer,
then a second set of twisted tan wires to the PCM computer.

Of course the original Cobalt bounced the LAN data thru more computers, but on the goblin, we removed some of those.

Thanks. I followed the link and High Speed LAN up to the point of the PCM. Do the base models HAVE a PCM? That's what makes this so tuff. The different models.

The red traces is how I linked up my twisted pair wires. I have a SS/NA with auto so it goes through the Body to engine harness and goes to the TCM. The body to dash connector gets cut out so you have to patch the wires together.

Thanks. This is so **** hard to do "after the fact". And I don't have a TCM so I can bypass that. I looked at that schematic when I was thinning my harness and I thought I had the wires necessary, but I must be missing SOMETHING. I have wires going from the BCM to the ECM. I guess I have to check those for continuity. And WHY did I extend the other set?
