Does anyone have a source for new exhaust bolts and nuts besides ZZP? A full set of 10 each are over $38 shipped. Seems like a lot for what you get compared to what you see on Amazon. Looking for a more economical solution.

Are you talking about the studs that hold the manifold on? Those are widely available at any auto parts store. Dorman makes a set that’s about $15 I just can’t remember what the actual thread pitch is

It was M8-1.25 for my Gen. 2 L61; I imagine it's the same for the other Ecotecs.

Keep in mind, my donor was a 2010 ss/tc. Yours looks to be a SC, so it might be different. I had to replace an exhaust stud on mine. This is what I got at autozone.

k.rollin was correct... they are 8M x 1.25 for the LSJ. I picked up the following at Advance Auto for $7.99. They are slightly longer, but a test fit proved them to work as needed for latching down the ZZP shorty header, plus there are 10 in the box which is what the LSJ calls for. I only had seven originals:

Same one I have used....No issues yet. Also about 5x cheaper then the ZZP / Equiv purchase.
