I'm starting a new thread so as not to highjack Zoom Zoom's clutch thread seen here.
I noticed that our car will idle fine at 850 RPM (when warmed up) and then you can depress the throttle very slowly and see the change on HP Tuners on the scanner but the RPMs will not change until you keep going and then all of a sudden it will jump to 1200. There is no way to hit anything between 850 and 1200 with no load. I don't know if this is normal??? Do other cars do that?
Here is a crappy video showing the throttle position % and you can see it increase slowing and then all of a sudden hear the engine RPM jump. I will try to get a graph of it soon. I curious if anyone else throttle position numbers are from idle to WOT (you can scan this without the engine running). Ours never goes to 100% and Kaleb thinks that we are leaving HP on the table.
To answer djclueless's question, it's been that way since I've know. I did clean the throttle body way back when we first built the car in 2017. It should have relearned by now after 10,000 miles. But maybe it's messed up a bit.
