What size pulley does it come with and how much is he trying to sell it for? It looks like the case bearings are worn and under high boost causing the rotor ends to spread and scrape against the case. This will shorten it's life but not really an issue on a Goblin. There is some other loss of coating which could reduce pressure build but you won't be able to use high boost on a 2.2L anyway.
There are better superchargers out there for a daily driven cobalt and you might have to replace the pulley and front bearings which add about $150 so keep that in mind in your purchase.
