Nice! What kind of scanner and software are you using (besides Blender)? Now that its winter I'm making some actual progress though lol.

Unfortunately I don't have a scanner. I'm just kinda eyeballing it and using reference measurements and pictures everywhere I can. In fact, I think I used your subframe model as a base, but rebuilt it by hand to match in a more "poly-friendly" way. That's why I said it won't be "CAD" accurate. I want to get a complete-ish low poly/low-detail model done first. Then I'll go in an touch each piece up as time permits. Getting a scanner is on my "wish-list" but its hard for me to justify the purchaseNice! What kind of scanner and software are you using (besides Blender)?
Oh OK. It looked like the rear control arms and knuckles in your pic were scanned, but hard to tell from that view.Unfortunately I don't have a scanner.
I almost picked up an Einstar over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend, but I would have needed a new laptop to go with it, and I already ordered some new seats and harnesses - the pocketbook couldn't really take another hit LOLGetting a scanner is on my "wish-list" but its hard for me to justify the purchase
Yes, it's just a little nerve racking borrowing it for personal projects because it's so expensive. You're using your fancy work one right now right?
