Has anyone registered a Goblin in New York State?

According to the paper work I got from the state safety glass windshield, wipers, and defroster are required.

Padded visors and padded dash....the list goes on. I would search for the two users I listed above to see their build threads - they are very informational.

Why not just get it titled in vermont? This may be the route I go if I get this kit eventually.

VT would probably be just as much of a pain in the ass as NY.

VT would probably be just as much of a pain in the ass as NY.

You also run the risk of drawing attention to your self. The Goblin draws enough attention in it self with out being registered out of state. Although there is not a lot that can be done for driving a car registered out of state. But you could end up under a watchfull eye for the first mistake.
