I have just learned that to have my build "street legal" here is salt lake city I will need to pass emissions. that means I'll need the EVAP system for the fuel tank. Is that something you have?

I suggest confirming with emissions what year of vehicle they start requiring emissions testing. Do they emission test brand new 2023/2024 vehicles or at a certain age (5 years old as an example). This doesn't answer/solve the emission requirement problem but does buy you some time to build it in. Is this a specialty constructed vehicle requirement? Could be...each state is very different.
I see three other builders listed for Utah (see General Discussion, then Where are you located?). Many of my questions were answered by engaging the other builders in my state. If you're lucky, they have a car that is title, registered, insured and on the road.
