ZZP and Goblins?

Good to see ZZP promoting their parts to the Goblin world. Sounds like they are willing to look into putting 'kits' together for the merchandise they sell to modify it to fit a Goblin - like maybe a cold air intake or turbo plumbing, as well as the new exhaust in the video. Might be something to look into?

I like ZZP. They've been nothing but helpful to me. Really great company to work with. That being said, and not to be a pessimist, but after listening to them talk about the R&D costs (both monetarily and financially) in previous ZZP Power Hour podcast I don't foresee them doing much for what is at most 5XX Goblins. Its a numbers game at the end of the day. I think we'll see this turbo exhaust and that's probably it. We can hope, but I don't expect much.

I have a bunch of parts from them, but I wasn't excited to see a $300 upcharge for tuning a goblin.
I agree, but I get why they do it. For example I had a bunch of back and forth with Matt there because my MAF reading was way off due to the custom nature of the setup. He spent a lot of time messing with the tune to try to get me a solution to what was really my problem. That's what the extra $300 is to cover. Stupid mistakes unique to Goblins or other custom swaps

I definitely got more than that when I bought the head/cams/tune combo that was for something outside of an LNF chassis. Haven't cashed in that tune yet to comment on tuning.

I too have had nothing but good experiences buying parts and asking advice and questions so far. Ryan specifically is one who emails back with answers.

All I am saying is there are people out there willing to do remote tuning with the back and forth for $275. As long as you guys are happy with the tuning process! I have not used one of their tunes so I cannot comment on them.

Trent Judy, Eric King, Tony Lindmulder, James Rakes, Chris Zelinsky, and Al McClure (formerly of ZZP) are some of the most well-known LSJ/LNF tuners in the Delta community.

$849 for the exhaust which seems like a fair deal. To find someone to custom fab my LSJ custom exhaust came out to $900 with parts its hard to find a specialist in this area for a low cost. I am not a huge fan of the way it was wrapped outward and back in personally. The mounting bracket is a nice touch. Is there any state that even allows registration/inspection of a goblin that also requires a cat? Since the majority of us do not require emisions I would love to see a better flow without the cat/low bumper requirement.

That Will that last 180* bend outside of the frame pass some of these more strict state inspections where the exhaust needs to be covered up? I suppose we won't know until someone goes through that specific scenario.
