V1 ”Race” Base kit brake pads

For those doing Autocross and Time trials, what pads are you using for the base calipers. Been doing a lot of research and cannot find any mainstream “race” pads. I know the LSJ rotors and calipers have more selection, but it is an expensive swap for all 4 corners. My “stock” calipers are powdercoated and my bolt pattern is mixed with 4x100 and 5x114.3 - which equals redrilling the rotors for the LSJ swap.
I currently am running Carquest gold premium ceramic pads. They are fine, but I question if time trial speeds will show weakness (multiple 100+ mph stops).

On most cars your current brake pads will have issues, I don't have any experience with that pad on a Goblin, but ceramic pads in general glaze over very quickly on track. I just went through this here and can confirm there aren't really any good options for the base model front calipers. I was in a similar boat; already had a full set of 2.2L calipers and rotors (and I LOVE the idea of running the same caliper all around, less spare parts to keep around) and ended up biting the bullet and switching the LSJ/solstice. EBC is the only brand that offers an off the shelf compound that is "track rated" from what I can see. I swore off EBC based off some very negative experiences with them, but some people have good luck with them. I drove a friends car running reds in the canyons and they caught on fire, and I ran yellows on track in my personal car on track and they were sketchier than street pads. I have friends that swear by EBC, so maybe it's just me. AutoX is less demanding than track use, so EBC's offerings may work for you. Carbotech/Gloc and raybestos also makes custom pads for your backing plate... and I love all of their products.
