When you search 'goblin at' or 'goblin a/t' it brings up everything but.

I think I'd like to get an offroad goblin kit. Are they still available?

Unfortunately, no. It was discontinued a few years ago. A built one occasionally pops up for sale in Classifieds, though.

You could call DF and have a chat with them but I think they do not have the components to do this any more.

You should call them. They might be able to collect the parts but most likely, the answer is no. I heard a rumor that there is at AT frame at DF but that is unsubstantiated.
