Canards

Looking to add a set of canards to the front of my recently completed Goblin. All of them have a curve to them whereas the side of the nosecone is essentially flat. Before I go further I wanted to see how anyone got around this issue and which ones may work.

Few, if any, off the shelf canards will likely fit the way you want them to, due the sides of the nose are compound angled - in both vertical and horizontal directions. Making your own (metal, fiberglass, 3d printed) may be the best way to achieve the look you want. Fab up a CADboard prototype and give it a try!
