Pulled 2 auto transmissions yesterday

Auto transmission weighs 150 lbs. without Torque converter
2.2 LAP engine, exhaust and intake manifolds, + torque converter. No cradle, no transmission, no AC compressor, no alternator, 325 lbs.
475 pounds engine and auto transmission, no AC and no alternator.

Notice - I had a bit of trouble pulling the second one. The first one came out easy. I found out on the second one, that they come out a lot easier if you take all the bolts out first.

Which method did you use to pull the motor?

I removed all the bolts. It went well. For the transmission swap the engines were on the floor.

Great info. Is this with or without fluids?

Engine oil full. Transmission full (or nearly so), just a pint or so on the floor from the torque converter.
