Front turn signals weak... solutions?

My rear turn signal light work great, the fronts just barely come on, I checked the wiring and the grounds, as far as I can tell, they are fine, anybody else experienced this issue and had a solution to fix it?

Use an electrical meter, measure the voltage from the battery negative to both sides if the front turn signals. What voltages do you get when the signal light is on? Should be near 12V on one wire, and near 0V on the other.

Front turn signals are powered from battery junction box(near engine), connector x3. right side is pin A1, D-Blu, circuit 15, 0.5 mm^2(metric wire size), and left side is pin D1, L-Blue, circuit 14, 0.5 mm^2.

Electric meters don't present load and therefore wont measure voltage drop. you have check the wires at the bulb, with the bulb plugged in, it should be battery voltage when "on".

if not battery voltage, check 12v+ wire to a good ground(Battery Neg terminal).
if this is battery voltage fix your ground.
if it is still low voltage check wire between bulb and battery junction box

hope this helps.
