Goblinfest 2025

Lonny
Any chance of a Factory tour associated with this year's Goblin Fest? I would be curious to see since a few of my buddies have been there to see the place in person and talks about the set up.

In other news; I will likely just have my Stalker and Saturn Sky (it has air conditioning!) with me for this one because I won't have my Goblin registered in time for it to be attending the event due to the difficulty in obtaining my paperwork/ MSO/ whatever from Goblin HQ; the plethora of phone calls, emails and online support requests just have not worked in the slightest. I certainly won't be heading home until I have a hard copy of the paperwork in my hands. I would love to get this build complete and legal at long last. This was supposed to be a 3 month build and I think we are on the 3rd year. . . .and please don't anyone go lighting a fire NOW with Goblin on my behalf. . .. I do not have time between now and September to be jumping thru the State of Nebraska short timeline hoops to make the car legal. I am up to my eyeballs and then some with a major move and several other projects between now and then. I can attack the Goblin paperwork after the car show season is over.

Sorry to here you are having difficulty with getting your MSO.

The Goblin meetup is at our home in Mountain View, Arkansas and our factory is in Red Oak, Texas.

I will get with Adam and see if we can get your MSO printed.

Everyone is invited to come.
Are we still welcome? :)

A lot has changed for us recently and we can probably make the journey again this year. I sent Lonny an email to see if we could still do what we have in the past but haven't heard back from him. If not, we will try to book other accommodations soon. I'd like to poop in your toilet tho lol.

I should have the car put back together in time. Let me know

My wife and I didn’t have a Goblin the first time we went but we did finish ours just in time for our second Goblinfest :)

Yes Sir to both of your questions.

Any recommendations for accommodations?
I'm trying to figure out the logistics of getting down there and back, My initial plan to borrow a friends enclosed trailer might not work so I'm considering driving the goblin the 525 miles down and back.

DO NOT put a roof rack on it! We drove down from MN last year and the roof rack made it a horrible drive.

Everyone is free to leave there trailers at our house for the meetup. We have plenty of room and they will be out of site. Not that this will help you @pisco .

I was intending on staying in the trailer
It’s insulated and has ac and heat.
I’m going tomorrow or Saturday to grab a couple donuts to see if I can make it fit unless someone here tells me the width of the front lug studs is over 64.5”
I’ll measure after swapping the wheels.

@Lonny any insider info on availability of ethanol over 78% near you ? If none I may haul down a tank and could offer to share with others if desired.

I don’t think e85 is anywhere in the area. Most trips when we go out can be done in one tank, but if you fill up anywhere it’ll be regular fuel.

No vacancy Friday night unless I get this trailer situation sorted out.
If you are staying in a trailer/camper, we stayed here the first year and it was a nice campground. They have cabins, but were real small

Not sure if you will get under 65”. Looking at my notes it was 70 1/2” in the travel trailer fridge to wall. With one doughnut spare on I was 69”.i never put 2 on, but it’ll be close to 65”, just can’t say exactly. If I get time tomorrow I can put 2 on and measure
