Haven't bought one yet, just want to know what i need to look for to make sure current owner has. When I started building one I made sure I had all the Cobalt title and paperwork incase I needed it. I sold it and never made it to that point

The only paperwork that I had to bring to the table was the MCO. There were 4 or 5 other forms that 49dollarmontanaregisteredagent gave me to fill out. Probably the only thing you would need is the title and possibly a bill of sale. Like I said, I would call $49 and tell them your situation and ask what paperwork you would need to secure from the seller. They are very helpful. Just keep in mind that the total price to create your LLC and register your car with them is currently $1049 and then you have a yearly fee of $49 to keep them as your Registered Agent and $70 to file your Annual Report, totaling $119 per year. That does not include the cost to renew your vehicle registration every year with the State.

Anyone in particular that you guys are talking to? Would be nice a a particular rep is the one that deals with goblin kit car.

Honestly I sent about 4 different emails and called twice and I think I got a different person each time. The good news is that they all gave me the same information and all knew exactly what I needed for the Goblin.

Just wanted to update the thread for anyone in the future that lives in a state like NJ where you can't get a Goblin registered. I used $49 for all the Montana paperwork and everything with smoothly. They replied to any of my question in a timely matter.

They whole process took around 30days could have been faster but Montana changed the way they wanted the make to appear in the title so I had to submit new paperwork.

My original title model said DFKC and the wanted the model on all.the paperwork to say DFKTM
