Help with Axle Shaft

I'm working on my son's ex-girlfriend's car and I'm trying to replace the worn axle shaft seal surface. I assumed it was part of the axle shaft because of the photos, but it doesn't come with that piece and I cannot find it anywhere. This is not an accurate picture, but you get the idea. This is the shaft piece that has the seal surface on it. But when I ordered it, it comes without it. Does it come off and move over to the new shaft? And if so, I cannot seem to find a replacement for it. According to most sources, the left and the right are the same axle. I'm working on the right side.

I think I finally figured it out. It's an inner stub shaft and is moved over. Shoot, I didn't need the axle after all, just the stub shaft.

Actually all I needed was the seal with the seal surface. Sometimes I just got to sit down and type things out to figure it out. Luckily I have them both already. I didn't realize the stub axle came off. It stuck on one and not the other making them look different.
