V1 Kit pieces missing

Anyone know how to get ahold of DF for some parts. I am missing my shifter tunnel cap assembly. I have 2 pieces but not the 3rd tunnel piece. I’m getting worried because my kit is nearing completion and I can’t get ahold of anyone. DF support has responded once now doesn’t respond again. It’s going to suck waiting on one little piece to drive the car
