Hate to bring up such an old thread. So the resistor is added in the circuit powering the 3rd brake light (blue wire) I have a led 3rd brake light. Do I add the resistor at the brake light itself or can I add it down near the fuse block and still have the cruise work?

I'm probably not the one that's going to help you here, and I haven't posted anything in months, but saw this post and realized I may have put mine together wrong . I built a resister pack and ran all my lights through it. It sits by the fuse block. I've never been able to figure out why my cruise control won't work, is this my problem ?
