Mountain Events?

Does anybody plan events in r around the Smoky Mountains? If so let me know when and where?

Where are you coming from to get to the Smokies?

I currently live in Slidell, Louisiana. However I retire in 11 months and I am moving to my cabin in the mountains, which is about 16 miles south of Cherokee North Carolina.

We are at least sort of on the way if you want to swing by and go for a drive.

As far as your original question, there has been talk of a meeting in the Smokies but I don’t think they materialized. I used to spend a lot of time there on motorcycle about 20yr ago and have been a few times in my Camaro in the last 5 years. I know of a lot of good roads on southern end, around Robinsville and Franklin area.

I'll be in the area the weekend of Nov-03 through 06, but not entirely sure if I'll have my car there. Ultimately depends on weather.

I'm about 3.5h north, and down there several times a year.
