New York emissions

I assume that the Goblin will have to pass the emissions test in New York. Any info on that?

I don't have any information specific to New York, but I know that in PA, a "specially-constructed vehicle" is exempt from emissions testing.

All of the info for registration in PA is available on PA's DMV site. Hopefully, New York's is available online for you.
