Check all my fuses and relays and they're all good. I need the port to work so i can relearn the crank sensor Everything else works that i know of. Im not very good with electrical so if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it!

Ross has posted a link for the wiring diagrams for that model if you dig enough to find it. I would start with checking grounds and power as I posted and see what you get. If you don't get those grounds and power you can dig to confirm the correct pins.

Here are some test to run on your OBDII port.
GM calls the OBDII port the DLC, which stands for Data Link Connector.
Pin 16 of the OBDII port gets power from the Lighter fuse in the engine fuse box.
