Yup it’s a flat piece of dot as1 glass. Just gotta look around for a local windshield shop and convince them to cut you a piece in the right shape.

I was actually tempted to contact them to see if I could get them to do that but was like, nah they won't have a clue. If I contacted them now would I just be able to ask for it by name?

I am pretty sure you could say you want a DF goblin and they would already have that design. For anyone wondering it is made by petrol vibes. I got a medium for mine and it is a pretty good size for anyone room it seems.

The most important item on that list (for me, anyway) is the windshield. Around dusk, I genuinely get nervous while driving. The glare from the lexan (or whatever it is) is really bad. I totally understand why there isn't a better option yet. Heck, I wouldn't even know where to start. That said, I would love to see something developed.

I'm planning to buy another windscreen soon and am hoping ot get it lightly tinted if at all possible. Two reasons, the glare and to keep it from scratching when cleaned. I feel you on the early morning/early evening lighting issue.

Honestly, I don't really care if these items are made by DF or not. I just wish they were available. So long as it looks clean and has a streamlined install, it doesn't really matter to me who makes it. One of my favorite parts of the DF community is people sharing the solution they came up with. Huge shout out to the guys that post CAD files for 3D printed parts. I had a buddy print my first cup holder, but haven't figured out something new since I upgraded the shifter.

I hear what you're saying but I think the intention of this particular thread was to discuss things you wished DF offered as add-ons to the kit. Obviously you can buy or build just about anything you can dream up but checking a box for an add-on is a really nice option for some people.
