Finished with the main wiring harness ended with the loose "Heat Exchanger Fan Wire" coming from pin D7 at the BCM. This wire was identified in the first video. My engine is the LNF with the turbocharger. Can someone tell me the routing and termination point for this wire?

This page has all the BCM connectors for a 2009 Cobalt 2.0L Turbo. You didn't specify what year of Cobalt, so I took a guess. Modify your signature here.

That BCM has 4 connectors, described as X1 thru X4.
There is no D7 pin on X1 and X2, it is only on X3 and X4.
X3 D7 is labeled as Ignition Voltage, pink wire.
X4 D7 is labeled "Not Available"

So over here I found X3 D7.
It is labeled SIR Schmatics.
According to my search engine, that is SIR (Supplemental Inflatable Restraint) system, AKA, the air bags.
You could use X3 D7 to power the heat exchanger fan, as it is a fused and ignition switched circuit, and there is no air bags on a Goblin.
The heat exchanger fan is on top of the horizontal radiator at the front of your goblin... that is where the wire should go.

Ross - Thanks for all this effort. Yes it is a 2009, 2.0l. You have ther right wire and actually found my answer towards the end of video 11. The termination for finishing the harness is simply taped up with a ground at the end of the harness with no connectors.

Good information to know where exactly the heat exchanger will go....will be very helpful when I get to that point. In the early stages right now and only finishing up the harness.

Thanks a again for your quick response and good efforts. Very useful.
