Rainproof

Well....

Today on the way home I got caught in a super thunderstorm and was soaked to the bone. Water was shooting from the tires and going everywhere!

Goblin kept running like a champ even thought I could literally see nothing through the windscreen or my glasses!

Yeah, the gauge cluster is certainly not meant for that. It's always been my biggest concern, other than the tires. You have the 888Rs, correct? I heard they are very dangerous in the rain. Kaleb said they slipped around on him on damp pavement before.

I have huge fears of the rain. Twice now I have had to run across town to rescue the Goblin for him while he had it out. And I'm the one racing to get it home before the rain hit.

Honestly I was really surprised I was not hydroplaning with the r888rs and it was a daluge for sure!

Started it up and drove tonight everything seems happy!

The factory hood really covers the gauge cluster well as long as you maintain at least 30 it just shoots right past.

it may sound strange but I am going to flex seal my gauge cluster, everything but the face. I have used it on my mud machines (4wheelers/rzr's) and it works great for sealing connectors and clusters. easy to remove if you have to also.
