V1 Rear subframe bolt

Anyone else have an issue with the rear subframe bolts running out of threads before being fully seated? We ended up just putting about an inch spacer under the head of the bolt temporarily to keep moving along but we'll go back to fix it.

My subframe bolts seem to have a lot more thread than yours. Are you sure you're using the right ones? I have extras and can send you two, if you want them.

That may be your trans rear mount bolt.

According to the GM parts diagram I'm using the correct bolt. Most of the pictures I see when I google the part number look just like mine but there are a few that have much longer threads. I wonder why that is.

Sorry to revive an old thread but wondering if this was ever answered.

I have 2 bolts with the short threads and 1 bolt with the longer threads. The one with the longer threads seats but the shorter threads bottom out before the bolt is all the way in.

I had to cut about 1/2" off of one of my bolts with the longer threads after fighting with it for a day. no other way I could get it in.
