SC VS TC Build differences?

Hi guys,

It seems nobody is selling their turbo goblin , so I'm thinking about starting a build from scratch. My questions is, if I plan on using a brand new zzp ldk/k04, is there any reason to buy a turbo donor vs a sc one?

It is best to match the engine with the donor and vise versa. ECMs need to match as well as wiring... so if you find a turbo donor that has a blown engine you can use zzp purchase to supplement.

Justin, RichRich has his TC Goblin for sale. Look in Classified for Turbo Goblin For Sale, there is a whole thread in there about it and Rich's Build thread will describe the car. I have ridden in it and it is a great build and really fast car. Rich is on the forum occasionally and if you contact him give him a few days to respond - he is up in Alaska right now.

Cv shafts, steering knuckles, fuel pump are all different setups between the two. Zzp has some turbo kits for the LSj that should put you ahead of a stock LNF.. the LSJ is known to be the stronger block anyway depending on how much power you’re chasing it may be something to consider.
