Steering Wheel Assembly

Can someone show me the steering wheel assembly (at the column) and how it's put together. I figured out most of it but can't quite seem to get it all.

Also, how did you attach the turn signal to the column?

I looked there but couldn't find good enough photos of the column and the turn signal mount. I will have to look again.

I am missing the two brackets that hold the turn signal. That's why I couldn't figure it out.

Highly recommend using a little anti-seize goop whenever you use steel fasteners into aluminum. It’s doesnt take long for a reaction to weld those suckers in place...

I just looked through all my hardware and I'm missing those pieces, too... dangit - I just got two boxes of stuff from Adam last week. This is the piece circled in red:
