Just curious. I used to be stationed in Oscoda at Wurtsmith AFB. We were the last there and closed it. Sad. Loved the area. Where are the autocross events done? Old base?

Yup it's done at one of the large cemented areas they have on the base. We used to be on the north side, but it's being used for something else currently. This year we are on the south side. We are still learning how to best use the space, but it's fun! I tried to point it out from a Google maps view below.


This weekend was my last event for the season and was rainy there too. The car still did great though. Hopefully you all still got to do some cruising.

Same here (as long as I get the car back up and running by then...). I think that day is essentially dedicated to driving the cruise, so maybe meeting up after would be great! I know we'll have to stop at the M1 concourse and Sick Pizza
