all this tedious stuff like pedal stops takes forever to figure out. But these are the last welded parts on the chassis

I bought this car on August 26th 2022 so exactly 3 years later I just finished the final item rear brakes bulkhead before I paint this thing and start reassembling. The next time I post the body will be completely painted and insulated and ready for assembly including a shaved engine bay (to the best of my ability in a reasonable amount of time )

sorry - I fixed it. done with primer, have a few ugly welds to clean up I guess.

fixed it, im very happy with the front frame rails, I boxed in the oem frame with 1/8" steel, total thickness of the front frame rails is over 1/4" thick in some spots. should be strong.

The brush finished seam sealer looks just like the factory stuff, globbed on

seam sealed every seam inside and under the car, fully primed and painted with summit chassis black. This is as good as I will get in these welding skills. time to assemble this thing!

completely stock patina exterior with the exception of an SS badge and new wheels. I even have a fake 1" diameter exhaust pipe.

when parked some people may even think I am a clown with a fake SS badge. I built the back legs of the cage to stay hidden from the side windows.
