So, I found this car last summer in Lincoln Nebraska and hounded the dealership for months working the price down. It was a “Flood car” but in my 6 months of ownership, I have found no evidence of it.
September 25 I flew to Nebraska, took owner ship of the car and drove it straight to Texas, no issues except the windshield was leaking… (dealership paid to replace it).
I slowly cleaned it up and started working on fixing stupid things and modifying it alittle. The Magride suspension was a fight to the bitter end… I ended up eliminating it after months of trying to make it work…
I did a few auto crosses and I was fighting the magride rather than trying to concentrate on driving…
Anywho, car is my DD now and I have over 5000 miles on it now. (It had 34500 miles on it when I picked it up).
Mods so far
-S5 rotor wheels
-18” factory wheels powder coated white with 265’s 200tw cheap tires for race use
-034 rear sway bar
-EBC blue brake pads
-not ugly grill
-CF mirrors, spoiler and “diffuser”
-resonator delete for the exhaust
-Wheel stud conversion
KONI yellow’s should be arriving today, but I want to order a few more parts before I install them
