Good morning & Happy Thursday Goblin Family & Friends!
This morning we find #290 on the rotisserie with Ray, she's in the best possible hands!
She'll spend some time on here as Ray finishes her up & then off she goes to the next stage, preparing & packing all her kit components.
Lots of visitors this week with lots going on. We love visitors but man can it stop the workflow at times...LOL!
We appreciate you guys more than you know...And there's so much in the works for us & you but mums the word for now! *insert evil laughter here*
This morning we find #290 on the rotisserie with Ray, she's in the best possible hands!

Here in the DFW area we've had quite a bit of rain the last few days but are grateful that we were not effected like some of our neighbors Northwest of us. There was softball sized hail reports with quite a bit of damage from a few nights ago to steady rains today.
Not ours but an example of the damaging hail storm from the other night
Today we find #291 on the jig, Ray has been taking great care of her & soon she'll be ready for the rotisserie!

Oh wow, no fun I bet. That is such a beautiful property though, I hope you were able to enjoy it! Last year, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders quarantined their training camp there & had an entire outer building to themselves, suites & all! During part of their stay, there was a tornado scare due to bad weather coming thru. The weather is NOTHING to ignore here in North Texas, we see a lot of hail & tornadoes for sure.

Good morning Goblin Family & Friends, May the 4th Be With You!
I fear I jinxed us yesterday by talking about the drastic type of weather we're prone to here in North Texas. Last night was a doozy, having a storm like that hit in the dark with tornado sirens blaring is unnerving!
Thankfully, none of us or the business had any damage but there were heavy bands of straight line winds, a few rounds of heavy hail & a yet to be confirmed by the National Weather Service a bit South if us. Our closest freeway was shut down for hours as crews worked clear several 18 wheelers that were toppled over during the heaviest part of the storm, leaving drivers stranded in their vehicles during the worst of it. Thankfully, no fatalities have been reported.
Thankfully the weather is much nicer today & will allow folks to clean up from overnight storms.
Today, Suede is welding hoops for the frames
While #291 has moved onto the rotisserie!

Sorry to hear about the brutal storm, glad everyone and the business is alright.
Keep in mind, we do not always weld in numerical order. There are times were we'll go out of order for numerous reasons but keep an eye open for your kits birth! And as a disclaimer...We do our best to post photos of all the chassis as they are "born" but don't come after us if we miss some.

Hey Goblin Family & Friends, Happy Thursday!
By now you guys should have had the chance to read Lonny's post this morning on our Manual Shifter Upgrade prototype. Exciting, huh? Sometimes it is NOT easy to keep tight lipped about some of the things going on around here & boy do we have some doozies in the works.
You guys know we are slammed but we're here to support all of you to the best of our ability. The guys are working after hours & on weekends to create new assembly videos, we're still working on things like how to pre-pack as many parts as possible to make pulling the kits a lot faster as well as decreasing packing errors & increasing efficiency. Basically we are trying to scale up in the background to handle the increasing order volume. Growing pains...
On top of all that, we want to make sure we're providing top notch customer service. You can have the best product out there but with bad customer service you lose so many potential customers not to mention, upsetting the ones you already have. You guys have been so awesome & patient with us as some emails take longer to respond to than others, etc. We have to prioritize & make sure the right person is answering the right email. Trust me, you don't want me trying to respond to what I call a "techy" question!
So, today at DFKC we have #298 on the jig....Another Goblin is born!
