V1 Body to Dash Harness Wiring Questions

I in the process of working through wiring video 4 and labeling the wires from the body to dash harness. My donor is a 07 LS, manual. In the B5 pin location
I have a yellow wire but it calls for a Dark Blue/White. Is this okay? Do I assume that it is the right wire just different color?

In my B6 pin location I have a Pink/Black wire then it calls for a Orange/Green or Orange/Black. Is this okay? Do I assume that it is the right wire just labeled a different color?

I am missing a wire on my B7 which says its for manual transmission, but I have no wire in that pin?

Lastly, the D4 pin is suppose to be a Red/white wire and mine is Light Green. Is this okay? Do I assume that it is the right wire just labeled a different color?

Update, I have a Red and white wire in D3 on the dash and body connector. Is this the OBD2 power? I've attached pictures, there are two red/white wires paired together in the dash connector D3 pin.

Your main concern is to get the original connection between wires on the two plugs. So A1 to A1 and A2 to A2 and so on.

So Lonny, I should leave any of those wires in question then like D3 pins and D4 pins?
