V1 Button Panel Install

Anyone want to share how the button panel is supposed to be installed?
The spacers that come with the cluster hardware have to be used on the frame side or the plug gets smashed into the frame. In my opinion the panels need spacers to hold them back so the holes will line up and keep the lower switches from hitting the cluster.

Progress has been slow lately. Got the hubs separated from the spindles and cleaned up to get power coated. New front tie rods on (not properly secured yet) Brakes disassembled and ready for the power coater And my seats finally came after 8 months. Woohoo!
