Can someone identify these wires/parts?

Ah.B.Normal and myself were unable to identify what the following parts/wires were.

* We THINK the Bosch intercooler pump connects to the cable that I am holding right over the turbo, but DF did the wiring and it will not reach from its current position. It is heavily insulated for heat and contains several rods to prevent it from bending too much (that is all we know on that one).

* The image where I am holding a hose with a small clamp on the end was just hanging and the other end of it connects to the image titled "identifying parts 2".

* The green and blue connector, was lying down near the fusebox/coolant tank reservoir but doesn't go in the coolant tank. We don't know where it goes.

* The last one, is the Intake Manifold Pressure Temp Sensor, but we are unsure of what goes next to the screw hole (furthest hole on the left), it has threads, but we are unsure of what it is. We do see a "ground" cable near the plug for the intake sensor but Ah.B.Normal informed me it can be grounded on the engine.

* Sidenote, Ah.B.Normal mentioned that I should have a reservoir tank for the heat exchange, is that something DF was to provide? Or was I supposed to purchase this separately? On my inventory sheet, I don't see a "tank" besides the fuel tank.

Thanks in advance!

What are you questioning in picture 1 (labeled 6)?

We are wondering what goes in the furthest hole on the left. We understand the Intake Manifold Pressure Temp Sensor goes on the right side. But don't know if the hole remaining hole on the left, remains open? or if something is missing

SS/SC donor here so I won't speculate on any of the SS/TC specific stuff.

The connector you're wondering if it's for the intercooler pump, yes that's what that is. I don't know why it's wrapped like that though.

Blue and green is for the ambient temp sensor. Mine's just zip tied to the old radiator mount on the subframe.

Ambient temp sensor plug we fiddled with is coming out of the main harness! It's possible twin is coming off the engine harness. D'OH! I thought it looked familiar! Ambient Temp Sensor is not needed except for the Temp read out on the dash, though the A/C may somehow use it's input. Since in a Goblin you aren't "indoors" it's value is likely only dashboard readout info. Your A/C is slammin' down that skinny pedal on the right!;)

Additional question. At the end of my tunnel (engine side) there is a small pink/redish wire with a white stripe that was labeled "bosch pump" on it (marked by DF). Where does this go to, since it seems the power comes from the image labeled "Identifying Parts 2" (included in OP). Additionally, it seems the connector that connector is old/deformed since it "clips in" but is easily removed with the slightest tug. Was there supposed to be a new pig tail included with the Bosch Pump Kit?

Bosch pump would be the intercooler pump. They typically come with a pig tail, but don't remember for sure that the DF Supplied pump did.

Not sure how it could come from the picture that you said though. That's an evap or boost solenoid.

My Bosch pump had a + and - cast into the pump. Since some of the cars left the factory with this pump connected with reverse polarity, I wouldn't trust the wire colors, but rather the pump casting.

On the pigtail that I have both wires are black. A pink wire and a black wire from the car's harness is wired to these. I unfortunately do not recall if there's a Pos/Neg callout on my pump (may be based on Ross's comment) or how I determined how to wire it... I'll post back if it comes back to me.

You can bench test the pump, and see if it is running backwards. It should suck coolant in the middle of the pump (blue arrow), and shoot it out the side (green arrow).

Yes, I posted to the DF Facebook group and it was quickly identified. @escapepilo Thank you for sharing the pigtail from ZZP. I believe I just need to order one. I called DF to see if it was supposed to be included in the intercooler pump but haven't received a response yet. If they didn't supply the pigtail ill pull the trigger on the one from ZZP. Thank you for sharing though!
