V1 Clutch out sensor - LSJ

Does anyone happen to have the part number for the top clutch sensor? I'm looking for the one that senses that the clutch pedal is not pressed in (normal driving situation) and allows the cruise to function. I could pull my hood to look but hoping someone here already knows it.

Is there a minimum speed you have to be going to get the cruise to set? Edit, looks like it's 25 mph.
