V1 Codes we all live with ....

So I know I'm not going to get rid of all the engine codes, but which ones do I need to live with?
Whittled do to just the following codes:
P0452
P0132
P0449
I was getting P1182 and P0121 but they are not currently popping up.
In your experience, which ones are resolvable and which will I need a tuner to get rid of?
