V1 Determining F35 in neutral

I'm going to finally install my billet shifter and connect the cables but I believe the trans needs to be in neutral before making all the cable adjustments. Dumb question but how do I determine neutral? Is it when both levers on the trans are in their middle positions?

The arm without the counter weight will not move in gear. In neutral it will move back and forth with some resistance

The arm with the counter weight has 3 distinct positions. The middle is neutral. The arm without a counter weight will find its neutral when you move the first one into neutral.
