Even with it bottomed out it was half an inch or so above the studs and my studs are closer together than the printed part. We must have different AEM gauges or they change the design of the gauge.
You know, I never even thought about those being there and raising the hood up! I’m just used to having them.RITDR this design is awesome, but I wish I would have noticed your hood prop brackets! Does not fit without them.
What A/F gauge do you have? If it's an Innovate my design would probably fit it no problem. I have since redesigned (but not reprinted) to put the ambient light sensor to the right of the A/F gauge as its current location makes it a little challenging to get the left hood mount bolt tightened. The picture is of my current model and the 3d model is the redesign that I will print and test soon.
The two holes in the bottom are for the steering column mount bolts. I want to say they were 3/8" thread but I don't remember the length aside from my replacements being 1/4" longer. The body is printed with solid 1/4" thick material at the bottom of the mounting points so I was comfortable cranking down with the mount bolts. They haven't backed out at all and they're still solid and tight. There's clearance around the mount points that fits my 3/8" socket and thru holes at the top that allow an extension from my ratchet to reach the socket.
The design is 3 pieces. There's the main body and two inserts for the gauge mounts. They're dimensioned for the stock boost gauge and the AEM A/F gauge. They allow for clocking of the gauges and (fairly) easy replacement of the gauges if they have different mounting depths or stud locations.
I'm not comfortable sending you one without having tested it first, but I'll be testing this soon. If you have a different A/F gauge, I can either post native files, or you could probably snag a few measurements and I can adjust the insert pieces to fit your gauges. We can round up the cost of shipping to the nearest $5 or whatever works for you.

I'd be happy to provide the 3D print files, but my printer is not where it needs to be to make a good enough print for me to hand off to anyone else at the moment. My two gauge pod was also unnecessarily complicated, something I rectified in the three gauge pod I'm running now (OEM boost gauge, post-supercharger; AEM WBO2; AEM Tru-Boost controller for the turbo). Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of this in the car.

I like your design, @Rauq. Specifically how it has the bolt holes, which is what I should have done. The triple pod I designed and run uses the DF LSJ gauge bracket, and if you don't run the LSJ boost gauge it won't work. Mine is specifically for the AEM X-Series wideband and Aeroforce, along with LSJ boost gauge.

Anyway, I'm happy to print things for anyone on my Bambu P1S, just pay cost of material and shipping. I typically only print PLA and ABS, but happy to do PETG or ASA if you pay for the full roll of filament. My car parts are all in ABS (gauge pod cluster, steering wheel hook, fuel filter clamp, cup holder, console storage) and 1-3 years old at this point, holding up well.
If you have something designed already, sure; send me the stl file. Otherwise it's something I would have to draft, and I'm not quick or efficient with that and without parts to measure and test, I couldn't guarantee it'd work out well.Could you print a 2 gauge pod for AEM gauges? Since I don't have a stock LSJ boost gauge and all?
