Rear cross brackets

What exactly are these brackets for? I know the drivers side one is used to mount the coolant surge tank. Are they originally for the shoulder harnesses? Because I plan to weld in a proper height bar for that. Just asking because I am about to design and 3D print a bracket to use it for mounting my coolant filler. Its literally in the perfect location for that.

Those are for the optional engine cover, I believe.

Those arent. Engine cover mounts are further outward on the roll hoop.

Wish previous owner welded a cross member at the proper height for the harnesses. No late for me good thinking ahead. Thats a sweet coolant filler.

I know that bracket is used for the option b tank.
