V1 External wastegate ?

On a Subaru I use to have when going catless you had to upgrade the wastegate to prevent overboost. when doing with stock turbo you could get the internal wastegate welded shut, or a bracket to hold wastegate shut (see picture). also had to upgrade the fuel system.

for the goblin LNF being catless and overboosting. could I not just use a bracket? making one shouldn't be difficult. can the stock boost solenoid on turbo hook into a tial external waste gate? does the fuel system need to be upgraded?

I’m not sure why you think the stock system can’t control the boost. I’m sure that at some point of larger turbo it can’t, but it has no trouble controlling a stock turbo. Right now mine sets right at the 22psi I am shooting for.

On the stock ko4, anything over 23psi is a waste but even still the stock wg could handle it. You'll notice at higher boost the power peaks hard and then it'll bleed off up top as it chokes out, 22psi is the sweet spot where you get max power without overboosting and just pushing around hot air.

If you go with a zfr turbo you can use a high boost wastegate (comes as the default on the zfr7163) which has worked well on my 6758 up to near 30psi. Long story short, you don't need to do anything fancy from a mechanical standpoint.

If you're getting a code for overboosting, you'll have to take a look at your tune.
