I really like this one, does it feel structurally sound? It looks durable, also, do you have any left over? I don't want to spend $70 on this. (I'll pay for shipping of course)

Yeah its some pretty good stuff. I've got enough to make 2 more grills. I'll split it with you so I have some spare in case the one on my car gets damaged. The yellow piece is a template I made from the inside of the hood. It's bigger than the opening so you'll have plenty to rivet to or however you plan on attaching it. It's not bent the floor under it is uneven so it made the shadows do funny things.

I used this material for the grill. A little cheaper (and heavier) than the aluminum referenced above.
