Front Wing...

G
Except for looks, I wonder why a Goblin needs a wing in the first place. An exoskeleton with minimal bodywork is not exactly a major aerodynamical study.

The Goblin is light on the front, so a front wing should help with cornering and braking, when at speed. The front wing gets undisturbed air, so it works even thou the body has poor aerodynamics. The rear wing is just for looks, IMO, because it operates in turbulence.
