V1 Ghostknife's #383 Track SS/SC

Those look good. I dont like my big round headlights. I did put headlight tint on them and it makes them bearable to look at.

I like them. Let us know how they work cause my wife drives to and from work in the dark sometimes. I’m ok with the low beams but not the high beams. I have the DF lights with led bulbs.

Looks good

the only bad thing is led’s like that project all over. not a bad thing for you, but blinding for oncoming traffic. I have my low beams pointed at the ground to not blind traffic and use highs when no one is around.

I will let yall know how they work, I don’t wanna blind every oncoming car. My last lights were a “driving” light with a 60* width spread and only a 8* up and down so it wouldn’t blind others. Worst case I go back to them and add a dedicated high beam

Had such a good time at the Detroit Grand Prix car show this past Friday. We got to do a parade lap around the track and parked on the main straight. When the show was over, the cars in front of us were out of the way and myself and a few 911s got to get some speed up. So much fun!

So I have been chasing a shifting problem, not being able to lock into third and fifth gear. So many adjustments made in the shift linkage and still know measurable success. I pulled the fuse box out of the way and realized the weighted part of the shifter is hitting the coolant line to the engine. Does anybody have a picture of how this line is supposed to be ran so I can adjust?

The wife’s has the f23. I ground off enough to get the clearance to the chassis.

Whew long time no update, life has been crazy recently with this kiddo taking up time. Did quite a bit of driving the goblin in the fall, mostly to work and back. Had some issues that needed taken care of and finally had some time today. So I put it on stands and got to work.

When starting the car, I had timing chain noise badly, new tensioner went in today and she’s quiet as a mouse now.

Both O2 sensors got burnt up being too close to the turbo so I’m going to have to redo the exhaust somehow to keep them happy. Most places I read says 18” away from the turbo outlet, mine was 4.

It was nice to fire it up and hear it run after sitting for a few months. I’ll try to keep more updates rolling in. Been buying parts for my wagon these last couple months in preparation to install this spring. Larger turbo, downpipe, and larger brakes!

One option to help preserve you O2 sensors is to install an extender to move them out of the direct exhaust stream. There is only a minimal delay in function and will help extend their life if you are cooking them as installed now.
